Withdrawal / Refund and Policies

To withdraw money from your account, sign in and follow the instructions. For Withdrawal processing, you must upload/submit the following documents:


Documents 1 through 3 are only required once

Photo ID (Identity Card or National ID) This document can be used to prove your residential address, and these documents must be your residential address, not a Private Bag or PO Box number.

Process

Bank Wire: Log in to your area, and make a withdrawal request under the Withdrawal Option.
The withdrawal process takes between 2 and 24 hours: Please contact Customer Support by live chat to learn more about the withdrawal process.
Necessary: Be sure to enter the correct information about your bank account. Otherwise, withdrawals will not be processed.
Cryptocurrency: To withdraw your Cryptocurrency balance, please email Mail@XYZ.com using the format below from your registered email address.

The withdrawal will take from 2 to 24 hours. The Network commission may also apply.
Note: that you can only withdraw cryptocurrency if the cryptocurrency has been used to fund your trading account.
